This guy from Belarus Alex didn't pay his rent and stole the money from his roommates. The police has already a report from destroying the property where he lived. He will soon be deported from staying in the US illegally.

Just keep away from that idiot
First you are going to receive bills for electricity and heat for over 200$ per month in wintertime even more
Second he will break into your apartment without your permission
And if you are not happy about that he will start threatening that he will bring you to court ruin your credit history and shit like that
And also be careful with the deposit you will pay him there is a big chance he will end up not paying it back to you

Dear Landlord Is actually very funny that Alex from Belarus was reported for distorting your apartment not for stealing money from his roommates I am on Alex side whoever that guy is and also I heard about this Rumanian landlord on St Louis street who is disrespectful to his tenants
