Load N Go Inc. is seeking a proactive onsite HR Generalist to enhance our administrative processes from anywhere. In this key role, you will optimize operations, ensure effective communication across divisions, and help build a productive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the process of hiring, onboarding, and developing remote employees. Maintain and organize the company org board and job binders. Manage remote workplace assignments, equipment, and communication tools to ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular virtual inspections, manage company statistics, and address any ethical concerns. Organize rewards programs and ensure adherence to administrative standards.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as an HR Manager/Generalist/Director; trucking industry experience preferred. Ability to support company goals and effectively resolve conflicts.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 CST
