📌 Requirements:
- ❗ 2+ years of experience working as a dispatcher in a trucking company — mandatory requirement
- Hands-on experience working with Dry Van trucks — mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to independently manage loads and make decisions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to verify the accuracy of information from brokers and customers

📌 Job Details
- Work format: office, full-time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
❗Languages — mandatory requirement:
- English — fluent
- Ukrainian and Russian — B2 level

📌 Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Booking the most profitable loads
- Coordinating and managing daily transportation operations
- Ensuring full load coverage and correct load assignment
- Monitoring and updating the status of drivers and their trips
- Ongoing communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Handling logistics documentation (RC, POD, etc.)
- Full control of loads at all stages
