We are looking for a Driver Recruiter with proven experience in the transportation industry, especially with flatbed and step deck drivers.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire a minimum of 10 qualified CDL drivers per month
Source candidates through multiple platforms and networks
Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding
Build and maintain relationships with drivers to ensure retention
💼 Requirements:
Solid experience in driver recruiting (flatbed/step deck preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work from our Elgin, IL office or remotely (with mutual agreement)
Goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
