Director of First Impressions & Marketing

Location: On-site, Wheaton, Il.

The Director of First Impressions & Marketing is responsible for shaping how our company is perceived—online and in person. This role blends content creation, digital promotion, brand communication, and people experience, serving both our drivers and office team. We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and confident working across marketing, operations, and daily human interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Online Presence

Create and manage content for social media, website updates, internal announcements, and basic marketing materials
Assist with online promotion of the company, including audience targeting and campaign coordination
Support brand consistency across digital platforms and office communication
Track engagement and suggest ideas to improve visibility and reach
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when needed


People Experience & First Impressions

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and inquiries
Ensure a welcoming, professional environment for drivers, clients, and team members
Assist drivers with basic questions, directions, documentation flow, and coordination
Support office staff with scheduling, communication, and daily operational needs


Office Operations & Light HR Support

Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires
Maintain internal documents, schedules, and office organization
Assist leadership with administrative and operational tasks
Help organize meetings, internal initiatives, and company events


Who You Are

Comfortable creating content and working with social platforms
Organized, adaptable, and confident multitasking
Strong communication skills with a warm, professional presence
Able to interact easily with both drivers and office professionals
Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable

Nice to Have

Experience with digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
Basic understanding of targeting, analytics, or paid promotions
Background in logistics, transportation, or service-based businesses
