DAILY DUTIES -OTR drivers support -Scheduling equipment for maintenance to ensure operational efficiency -Performing Driving Tests for new drivers -Equipment performance monitoring, record keeping, and improvement -Assigning trucks and trailers to the drivers -Ensuring drivers are properly trained and have an adequate understanding of company, policies, and practices related to the equipment. -Ensuring all repair orders are completed and processed in accordance with guidelines. -Reviewing and authorizing all maintenance expenses and submitting invoices for payments. -Minimizing vehicle downtime and units out of service. -Transporting equipment for maintenance needs to the vendors. -Transporting equipment for maintenance needs to the vendors. REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYEE -1+ years of proven experience in the transportation industry -MUST have valid non-expired CDL -Basic Mechanic Experience is a MUST -Spoken and written English and Ukrainian or Russian languages -Computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace) -Outstanding organizational and time management skills -Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
