Dispatcher Responsibilities:
Book most profitable loads
Coordinate and manage daily transportation activities, ensuring all loads are covered and assigned.
Track and update the status of drivers and their respective trips.
Communicate regularly with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Handle logistics paperwork, RC, POD, etc.
Requirements for the Dispatcher Position:
At least 2 years of experience working in a trucking company.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Attention to detail and ability to verify the accuracy of broker and customer information.
