UE LINE INC is seeking an experienced and driven Recruiting Manager to lead our recruiting department and ensure smooth, high-quality driver onboarding operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of driver recruiters, setting clear goals and maintaining strong performance standards
Actively recruit CDL drivers — handling phone screenings, applications, and follow-ups to secure qualified hires
Oversee all driver orientation and onboarding processes, including welcome materials, safety introductions, and HR documentation
Coordinate travel logistics for incoming drivers — including Uber rides, flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and yard setup
Conduct equipment introductions and walkthroughs, ensuring each driver understands company standards and expectations
Manage and monitor Tenstreet leads, ensuring prompt response times and efficient conversion
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine driver recruitment campaigns and job advertisements
Track recruiting metrics, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure full compliance with FMCSA and company hiring standards
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in driver recruiting or transportation HR management
Strong leadership and organizational skills with hands-on recruiting ability
Experience with Tenstreet, FMCSA qualification files, and DOT compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
Office-based role in Elgin, IL
