Growing trucking company is looking for an EXPERIENCED Safety Manager to lead the department. Great team and friendly working environment. Office located in Joliet, IL

Main responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and DOT regulations.
- Developing and executing safety plans according to FMCSA requirements.
- Preparing and enforcing policies.
- Oversee general activity of the Department and Safety Specialists.
-Lead the hiring process, monitors and performs the initial and continuous training
-Keep the drivers qualifications updated and in compliance with the FMCSA regulations
Preferable to speak Romanian, Russian and English
