We are looking for an experienced Terminal Yard Operations Supervisor to manage daily yard operations, driver activity, and vehicle inventory at our West Chicago terminal.

What You’ll Do:
-Supervise and coordinate yard operations and driver flow
-Enforce safety policies, yard rules, and DOT compliance
-Optimize inventory, prepare and build loads, and print paperwork on time
-Conduct daily yard audits and reconcile held units
- Guide drivers on safe loading procedures

Requirements:
-Leadership and supervisory experience in auto transport
-Dispatch experience preferred
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
-Strong communication and organizational skills
