UE LINE INC is hiring an experienced Maintenance Manager with strong background in:

OTR trucking maintenance
Roadside breakdown management
In-shop fleet maintenance
Flatbed operations
DOT compliance & PTIs

Requirements
Proven experience managing OTR truck and trailer breakdowns
Strong flatbed experience required
Experience reducing downtime and controlling repair costs
Ability to make fast and correct repair decisions
Experience managing maintenance staff and PTI specialists
Strong understanding of tractors, trailers, PMs, DOT inspections, and cargo securement
🔧 Responsibilities
Manage daily fleet maintenance and breakdown operations
Work with breakdown team to minimize repair costs and downtime
Review daily driver securement pictures
Oversee PTI specialists and ensure all PTI pictures are checked daily
Keep fleet DOT compliant and inspection-ready
Coordinate with Safety and Operations teams
