We are a growing reefer trucking company with a fleet of 60 trucks, and we\x92re looking for an experienced Driver Recruiter to join our team.
✅ What We\x92re Looking For
Experience in trucking is required (open deck recruiting experience is a big plus).
Fluent English is a must.
Knowledge of DOT compliance and driver qualification processes.
Proven ability to source, screen, and hire CDL drivers.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
This is an office-only position (not remote).
