AN ACCOUNTING MANAGER is needed!
Mid-sized trucking company located in Rolling Meadows, IL is actively looking for a strong and motivated Head Accountant to add to our team as soon as possible.
Relevant experience in a trucking/transportation company is a MUST.

Invoicing and billing:
✓ Drivers’ payments and communication with drivers when clarification is needed;
✓ Financial statements;
✓ Communication with the factoring company;
✓ Processing bank account statements;
✓ Company performance reports;
✓ 1099

Minimum Requirements:
✓ 2+ years of experience Accounting with a trucking company is a MUST;
✓ Experience will include general ledger accounting, cash flow management, financial reporting;
✓ Strong communication skills
✓ Commitment to the Company’s growth and improvement
✓ High Attention to Detail;
✓ Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, Quickbooks;

Schedule:
✓ Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm CST

Salary to be discussed at the interview
IN OFFICE ONLY, located in Rolling Meadows, IL 60008
