Trucking Company is Looking for an Experienced Accountant!
We are searching for an accountant who will become a key member of our team!
Your Responsibilities
1. Payroll Management:
Oversee and process payments for all departments: workshop, warehouse, and office.
Manage payment schedules and ensure timely payroll disbursement.
2. Bank Reconciliation and Financial Control:
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate transaction records.
Monitor company accounts, identify and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date records of financial operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
3. Licenses, Taxes, and Compliance:
Prepare tax documentation in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Ensure the renewal and relevance of business licenses and permits.
Collaborate with tax consultants or auditors to ensure compliance.
4. Participation in Accounting Meetings.
Our Requirements:
Experience as an accountant in a trucking company.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office.
Ability to handle large volumes of data.
Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
