Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility practice needs a dynamic, bi-lingual (Russian/English), full-time receptionist for our Oak Brook office location. Candidate must be available to work Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (times may vary) and some rotating weekends. We are looking for someone who will provide excellent customer service, is able to manage busy phones, schedule appointments, act as a liaison for new and existing patients, and collect balances. Applicant must be a good team player, comfortable with assisting Russian/English speaking patients and physician.
