RT Group Logistics is looking for Safety and Compliance Specialist, who will be responsible for administrative support of safety-related programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
🔹 Support Safety Manager in monitoring compliance with FMCSA / DOT regulations and company policy.
🔹 Manage, maintain and track all driver qualification files according to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCS).
🔹 Conduct onboarding training.
🔹 Assist in the management of drug and alcohol testing of covered personnel in support of a DOT compliant program.
🔹 Assist in the management of HOS compliance and CSA scores using various tools as directed.
🔹 Work closely with Safety Manager on violations and accidents reduction.
Requirements:
🔹 1 year verified transportation safety / compliance experience.
🔹 Working knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
🔹 Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Ukrainian, Russian)
