Previous experience is required.
In-office position only.

Regulatory Compliance & Record Management

· Monitor and review Hours-of-Service (HOS) records for accuracy and compliance with DOT regulations.
· Conduct routine audits of driver logs to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
· Maintain and manage HOS-related documents in accordance with company policies.

Training & Driver Support

· Provide HOS training and re-training for all company drivers.
· Address HOS-related questions or concerns from drivers and provide guidance.
· Conduct performance reviews based on compliance records and implement corrective actions.
