Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage the Safety Division to ensure compliance and smooth operations. • Conduct driver onboarding, including background checks, drug testing, and training. • Monitor ELD compliance and ensure adherence to HOS regulations. • Maintain all vehicle and driver documentation to meet FMCSA standards. • Investigate and resolve claims, handle post-accident procedures, and manage DOT-related issues. • Oversee permits, IFTA calculations, IRP, and audit preparation. • Collaborate with executive teams to align safety objectives with company goals.
