- Reviewing and process weekly driver/owner settlements including pay, expenses, and deductions.
- Preparing and maintain accurate records and reports related to driver settlements.
- Communicate with drivers, management, and other departments as needed to resolve settlement issues.
- Processing lumper/repair for driver during of business hour.
- Training drivers for payroll and billing rules.
- Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to direct customer or factoring.
- Informing customers of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines.
- Finding solutions for customers who may need payment assistance.
- IFTA ( NY, NM, KY, OR).
- Driver assistance for sending completely paperwork in
time.
