CB Freight Inc. is seeking an experienced CDL Driver Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Schaumburg. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified CDL drivers, ensuring compliance with company and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and attract qualified CDL drivers through various recruiting methods.
• Screen candidates through interviews, background checks, and drug testing.
• Maintain an organized driver database and keep records of recruiting activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand driver needs and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company hiring standards.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a driver recruiter or in a similar role in the trucking/transportation industry.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver qualification requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
