IG Transportation, a leader in the trucking industry for 15+ years with a fleet of 500 trucks, is looking for a Safety Associate to support our growing operations. This is your chance to be part of a professional team that values safety, precision, and people.
What You\x92ll Do:
Support Orientation & Hiring (driver applications)
Prepare and maintain DQ files
Train drivers on HOS rules & tablet (logbook) usage
Manage Clearinghouse Compliance (pre-employment & annual)
Organize truck binders & explain documentation to drivers
Manage Inventory: tablets, ELDs, dashcams
What We\x92re Looking For:
✔️ 1+ year of experience in Trucking/Safety (preferred)
✔️ Strong English + Russian/Ukrainian communication skills
✔️ Confident with G-Suite & Microsoft Office
What We Offer:
💵 Competitive pay based on experience
📅 Monday\x96Friday, 8:00 AM \x96 5:00 PM (office-based)
