Are you ready to take charge of a fast-paced, rapidly growing fleet of newer flatbed trucks? UE Line Inc. is looking for a hands-on, experienced Fleet Manager to join our team in Elgin, IL.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily operations of our fleet from the Elgin office (8AM – 5PM)
Managing truck maintenance, safety, and compliance
Working closely with dispatch and recruiting teams
Available evenings & weekends when needed – we're a 24/7 operation!
What We’re Looking For:
Flatbed experience is a MUST
Strong maintenance background
Proven leadership in managing drivers and equipment
Passion for efficiency, safety, and top-tier fleet performance
