Looking to hire DISPATCHER with EXPERIENCE only!

Dry van and Reefer.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience;
- Be able to multi-task;
- Clear, confident and professional communication skills to build trust;
- Tenacity to understand and deliver on customers needs
- Quick-thinking management of client needs;
-To be able to understand and set up real appointment times for drivers (not too late not to early), and calculate drivers hours all the time;
- Need to be very carefully on details ( how much time drivers spend at shipper receiver, make sure he calls on time in order to get accessorial) ;

Salary to be discussed at the interview.
