A transportation company with over 300 trucks is hiring a Driver Relationship Specialist!
Are you an experienced truck driver who's good at solving problems and talking things out? Do you care about making sure other drivers feel appreciated and helped? If yes, we need you in our team's Driver Support Department!
As a Driver Relationship Specialist, you'll bridge the gap between our drivers and other departments within the company. You'll be the go-to person for addressing driver concerns regarding miles, layovers, equipment damage, charges, and home time. Your role is crucial in ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and fostering a positive relationship between drivers and the company.

👍 Requirements: Previous experience with CDL Over-The-Road (OTR) driving
You need to be really good with computers, like knowing how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets well.
Positive Attitude: Approach every interaction with a positive mindset and a willingness to help.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively convey information and negotiate with drivers and other departments.
