Key Responsibilities:
*Ensure all trucks and trailers are road-ready and compliant. *Oversee dispatch, pickups, and returns with precision. *Manage maintenance, repairs, permits, and documentation. *Analyze and optimize repair and operational expenses. *Lead drivers with confidence and handle challenges under pressure.
Qualifications:
*Valid CDL Class A — required. *Fluent in English & Russian — required. *Proven experience in fleet or dispatch management. *Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. *Ability to perform under stress and drive continuous improvement.
