Salary: 3% of Weekly Gross from Assigned Drivers (with a minimum of $7,000/week)

With over 100 trucks, our trucking company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced dispatcher to join our team in Chicago. As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods across different states and ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch assigned drivers and trucks, ensuring all deliveries are made on time and within the required specifications. Monitor and track shipments, provide updates to customers, and address any issues that arise during transit. Manage and maintain accurate records of loads, including delivery dates, times, and locations. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other departments within the company. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Use software and technology to optimize routes and maximize efficiency. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements: At least two years of experience in dispatching or logistics, preferably in the trucking industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software. Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. High school diploma or equivalent.
We offer a competitive salary of 3% of the weekly gross from assigned drivers, with a minimum of $7,000/week. We will assign as many trucks as a dispatcher can handle, allowing for unlimited earning potential. Additionally, we offer health insurance, 401(k) matching, and other benefits.
