What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Create engaging and brand-aligned content including videos, photos, reels, stories, and posts
Design and launch ad campaigns to promote driver recruitment and company services
Develop a consistent content calendar and posting schedule
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results
Stay on top of trends in social media, trucking, and digital marketing
Collaborate with internal departments to showcase our drivers, fleet, company culture, and success stories
