Our expanding transport company is searching for an experienced Drivers Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Ukrainian and/or Russian languages, have 2+ years of verified experience, possess strong communication and computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace), great organizational and planning abilities, knowledge of ELD, HOS, and FMCSA Regulations, experience in Drivers Recruiting and Onboarding, and social media/content creation skills. Daily Duties include: Drivers recruiting (locating potential employees who meet DOT and company standards, pre-screening, conducting interviews with prospective drivers) Drivers Onboarding (informing applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer, scheduling drivers orientations and road tests) Utilizing social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads Developing and overseeing recruiting or referral programs Maintaining Drivers Personal records, managing drivers binders Tracking drivers' travel expenses Creating essential HR documents for truck drivers Creating practical job instructions for driver’s quick learning Ensuring all drivers understand their duties and company rules about their position Managing and tracking driver's performance Handling drug and alcohol-related questions Being ready to assist with any other Safety Related questions Daily Driver monitoring (ELD/driving behavior/performance review) We offer: Weekly salary based on performance (1099 or W2) A friendly staff of professionals Up to 3 weeks a year of paid off time Other bonuses If you believe you have what it takes to excel in this role, please email your resume to office@lembergtrans.com or call us at 630-828-5898.
