We are looking for a HR assistant to join our team in Northbrook IL.
Performing administrative duties:
Schedule officers to work and monitor their performance.
Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews. Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
Respond and initiate phone calls to new applicants.
Must know : Word, Microsoft, Adobe Reader, Deputy.com, ADP, Exel, Email in/out processing.
Must speak and write in English : perfect
