Qualifications⬇️
• Minimum one-year experience.
• Proven payroll and booking experience
• Proficiency with accounting software, like Quickbook, Excel, TMS
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be flexible and able to multi-task
• Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Must have critical thinking skills and abilities
• Ability to organize, plan and carry out assignments as directed.
• Have the ability to work in a team environment.
Fluent in English and Russian Languages is a MUST!

Job Duties⬇️
• Accounts payable: (Process all check requests for vendors, prep and submit statements to subcontractors )
• Responsible for day-to-day financial transactions.
• Responsible for collaborating with various departments to gather and analyze various financial data.
• Ensure finances are in order.
• Submit advances to drivers per request.
• Prepares and processes various fiscal year-end accounting (1099 forms) and closing tasks in preparation for annual financial statements.
• Other duties as assigned.
