A well-established transportation company is searching for a friendly and highly analytical Customer support specialist to join our Safety department team.
Location :
Bedford Park, IL
Elmhurst, IL
Main Duties :
✓ Assist drivers with all Safety issues, that might occur.
✓ Promptly responding to driver's queries via live chat and phone.
✓ Participate in new driver orientation and onboarding processes.
✓ Listening to driver's concerns and providing information, answers, or responses.
✓ Driver's background screening and employment verification.
✓ Managing the Safety support department’s day-to-day functions.
Requirements :
✓ Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
✓ Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Google spreadsheets).
✓ Must be fluent in English and bilingual in Ukrainian, Russian, or Polish
