Looking for experienced Fleet Manager
Daily duties:
On the road drivers support
Scheduling equipment for maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Performing Driving Test for new drivers
Equipment performance monitoring, record keeping, and improvement
Complying with U.S. DOT laws and regulations.
Assigning trucks and trailers to the drivers
Recording accurate information on fleets
Tracking & reporting on all activities on a routine basis
Ensuring drivers are properly trained and have an adequate understanding of customer and company expectations, policies, and practices related to the equipment.
Ensuring all repair orders are completed and processed in accordance with guidelines;
Approving all maintenance expenditures and submitting invoices for payment.
Minimizing vehicle downtime and units out of service.
Transporting equipment for maintenance needs to the vendors
Requirements:
2 years of proven experience in the transportation industry
Must Have CDL
Basic Mechanic Experience is a big plus
Spoken and written English and Ukrainian or Russian languages
Computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace)
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
Being a team player
Being open-minded, ready to learn and grow
