We Are Hiring — Accounting Manager! A transportation company is looking for an experienced Accountant with strong QuickBooks skills. Responsibilities: • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Perform reconciliations and prepare financial reports • Prepare IFTA/fuel tax reports • Invoice collection; communication with brokers regarding non-payments and short pays • Communicate with drivers regarding documents, settlements, and payment questions • Ability to file bond and collection claims • Full-time in-office position in Bartlett, Illinois • Languages: English, Ukrainian/Russian
