Lemberg Group is hiring an experienced Drivers Recruiter for a remote position.

Requirements:
🔳Fluent in English (Ukrainian/Russian is a plus)
🔳1+ year of experience in driver recruiting
🔳Proficient in Tenstreet /similar CRM/HRM software
🔳Strong communication, organization, and computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace)

Responsibilities:
➡️Recruit, interview, and pre-screen drivers
➡️Use social media and search engines for lead generation
➡️Maintain driver records in Tenstreet
➡️Track driver performance and expenses
