If you are considering martial arts classes for you children I'd like to recommend spartan martial arts (http://www.spartanmaap.com). Both of my kids attend this studio and I'm very happy with results. The coaches don't make it easy on kids. They demand hard work and discipline in class. Kids show great progress and boost in self-esteem. Flora
