Ideal candidate has can do attitude and ready to work! Can perform, general maintenance and remodeling for apartment turnovers. Must be capable of basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing. General maintenance skills required with working knowledge of tools, safety equipment, common appliances, and devices. Must have good problem solving skills and be in good physical condition able to lift and bend. Ability to assist with appliance repairs, replacements, and snow removal. Other duties may be required as needed.

On call rotation for emergencies available nights, weekends, holiday when on call.

Set hours Monday - Friday from 8 – 4:30 when not on call.
