Up to $25 hour.

Candidates should be capable of the following:

*Assist in planning work projects for the Maintenance Department and preparing job supply for maintenance mechanics.
*Maintain records and documentation; complete paperwork and update computer records.
*Act as a liaison and expediter between the Maintenance Department and vendors/contractors
*Minor facilities care, maintenance and other duties.
