COMPANY OVERVIEW:
A-S Marketing is an agency that has clients in NWI and Chicago land area. We specialize in sales, advertising, social media marketing, branding, design, fundraising, etc. Some of our clients are ADT, Chicago Tribune, Post Tribune, Daily Southown, Now Home Adjustments, Fredd Construction, NRG Energy, and more. POSITION OVERVIEW:
The job of the sales agent is to obtain NRG Energy sales by canvassing door to door, selling inside one of our partnered retail locations, producing leads using social media sites, asking for referrals, and by utilizing any other lead generating outlets. A-S Marketing handles all other back end work such as payout to teams and customer service. All agents must have transportation to and from our office unless hired on as a freelancer due to living too far from office. Initial and ongoing training is provided, and all agents have the ability to move up to management immediately.

REQUIREMENTS:
7 year background check
Pass NRG certified training test with minimum 75%
Own vehicle (Or transportation to the office) & smart phone
Willing to travel to different locations throughout IL area.
Outgoing/People Skills
Minimum of 20 hours per week available to work

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present and sell NRG products and services to new customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Follow up with all customer to obtain referrals
Showing up to all meetings on time

HOURS & EXPECTATIONS:
All agents are required to work a minimum of 4 days per week. Hour flexibility is negotiable.
Agents must report to the office every work day for training purposes before heading to the field.
Agent hours will be tracked via your manager and the tablet you will be provided. All activities must be logged via the tablet.
Agents will be held to a minimum standard of 7 sales per week.
All agents will have the opportunity to build, manage and get paid from their own team.

COMPENSATION:
A sales agent will earn $10/hour plus commissions on each sale they obtain. The commission varies depending on the size of the home and energy usage. The average commission per sale is $45. The average sales rep generates 15 sales/week working 30 hours.
