Renaissance Towers Apartment in Hammond, IN has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Maintenance Tech!!!

Responsibilities:
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure apartment units are move-in ready
• Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools and community systems
• Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:
• Must be able to perform on-call duties
• Prior industry/relevant experience is needed

Incentives:
• $19-21/hr depending on skill-set and exp
