We are looking for a BOOKKEEPER.

Roles and Responsibilities include full-cycle bookkeeping, including:
· Monthly reconciliations including bank accounts and credit cards.
· Accounts payable.
· Accounts receivable - collection procedures.
· Understanding, preparing and remitting HST.
· Remitting corporation tax installments.
· Preparing reports for management.
· Coordinating with and assisting external accountants.
· Communicating with government offices when needed.
· Preparing period and year-end schedules.
· Maintaining comprehensive and up to date filing systems related to all accounting functions.
· Employee commission calculations.
· Other accounting or administrative tasks as required.

$20/hour for start depend on your experience.
