About me...
There's a first time for everything so here it goes! As mentioned I am originally from Ukraine, to be specific Kiev, but Chicago has been my home for 3 years by now. I have diverse interests as well as diverse life experiences. I'll try just about anything once (within reason). My interests include art (other's and my own), music, film, and theatre. I can spend countless hours in book stores. Summer means being outdoors as much as possible. Among other outdoor activities is my passion for volleyball. I love to swim, water-ski, windserfing, horse-back ride, play bascketball. I also find myself frequently lounging around in the sun reading sci-fi, playing chess, people watching or just day-dreaming. I belong to a health club and work out regularly. I am open-minded, laid-back, and pretty relaxed about life in general. I should admit I have british sense of humour - dry and at times, sarcastic.
What I'm looking for...
I'm looking for someone with a sense of humour,who also has the ability to see the irony in life and himself. You must be easy-going, laid back, and relish a good conversation. I'm searching for someone with an active mind; not neccessarily an intellectual, but certainly someone who is curious, able to express himself, his ideas etc. Having said that, you should also be content(and comfortable) to hang out in mutual silence. If you are open to new experiences and travel, even better. I enjoy a diverse array of activities and you should too. I love to be active but I also appreciate passive, low key pursuits. Hopefully you enjoy what you do, are financially secure, but are not consummed by your work. I am looking for someone who resides in North Subburbs (I have little patience for long commutes - life is too short!).
