Logistics Company Load N Go is Hiring an HR Manager onsite in Bolingbrook,IL.
In this key role, you will optimize operations, ensure effective communication across divisions, and help build a productive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the process of hiring, onboarding, and developing employees.
Maintain and organize the company org board and job binders.
Manage workplace assignments, equipment, and communication tools to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular virtual inspections, manage company statistics, and address any ethical concerns.
Organize rewards programs and ensure adherence to administrative standards.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as an HR Manager/Generalist/Director; trucking industry experience preferred.
Ability to support company goals and effectively resolve conflicts.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 CST
