Are you a hands-on leader with experience in truck and trailer repairs? We’re looking for a Front-Line Supervisor to oversee shop operations and lead a team of mechanics.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and inspect vehicles to determine necessary repairs.
Supervise and support mechanics to ensure timely, high-quality work.
Maintain quality control and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a foreman or supervisor in a repair shop.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Familiarity with repair shop tools, equipment, and safety protocols.

Compensation:
$40 - $50 per hour
