Seeking job in Plainfield-Romeoville-Naperville- Bolingbrook- Aurora-Joiliet area.
I have over 8 years of experience in accounting, shop coordination, and inventory management within the trucking industry. My background includes extensive work in payroll, billing, factoring, financial reporting, and reconciliations. I am highly proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop & Online), ProTransport, TMS, ETS, as well as vendor and financial institution software. I also have a strong understanding of the operations in related departments such as Safety, Dispatch, and Fleet Management.

Key Experience:

Accounting: 8+ years of experience ranging from entry-level to senior-level positions, including payroll, billing, factoring, financial reports, and account reconciliations.
Shop Accounting Coordination: 3 years of experience managing financial activities in a heavy-duty truck and trailer repair shop, including parts ordering, vendor management, and overall financial oversight.
Inventory Management: 2 years of experience managing inventory for a repair shop, focusing on receiving, proper placement, inventory control, and purchase planning.
