The Service Department for one of the biggest Trucking Company in Chicagoland is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities will include: Communication with the drivers, accepting the paper complaint forms from them. Creating work orders for the Shop using the company’s software. Constantly update the repair status spreadsheets and other database. Processing the credit card payments. Processing credit card statements in to cc report. Work as liaison between the shop and the Dispatch Team. Different office tasks. Necessary skills: Successful candidates should demonstrate good team work abilities, be prompt and deadline oriented. Basic English and Russian Languages are a must. Lithuanian and Ukrainian are a big plus. Basic knowledge of Computer Software including MS Office and Google Docs. Training will be provided.
