Lead Mechanic Are you an experienced leader with a passion for the trucking and repair industry? Our well-established truck and trailer repair shop is seeking a dedicated Front-Line Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our shop. Position: Lead Mechanic Location: Melrose Park, IL Responsibilities: Inspecting and operating vehicles and equipment to diagnose problems and determine repairs. Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity Overseeing a team of technicians or mechanics, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.
