Key Responsibilities - Manage MVR, PSP, IFTA, IRP, and Clearinghouse documentation - Conduct employment verifications and oversee drug testing programs - Maintain and monitor DQ files and ensure all safety records are compliant - Perform annual MVR & Clearinghouse checks - Oversee the driver termination process and ensure compliance - Organize company safety documents, permits, and insurance records - Manage IFTA reporting, updates, and equipment registration (UCR, IFTA, IRP) - Support accident management and claims handling - Assist in insurance audits and regulatory reviews Qualifications & Skills ✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics safety & compliance ✔️ Strong knowledge of FMCSA & DOT regulations ✔️ Fluent English (Turkish is a plus) ✔️ Excellent organizational and communication skills ✔️ Ability to analyze safety reports and implement solutions ✔️ Experience with safety compliance software Work Conditions ✔️ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ✔️ Work Environment: Office-based with occasional remote flexibility ✔️ Equipment Provided: Laptop, phone, and necessary software access ✔️ Team Collaboration: Work with HR, Dispatch, and Compliance teams ✔️ Growth Opportunities: Career advancement within the Safety & Compliance department ✔️ Annual leave, public holidays, and sick leave |
