I’m 31 y.o., Looking for job opportunities as a fleet manager or fleet manager assistant, basically non-driving role within a transportation company where I can apply my practical experience for past years spending in industry, it is a knowledge of proper equipment for drivers, how to save money on tolls and fuel, proper knowledge how to prevent any load damages, mentality of drivers and their motivation to work, most of my friends are drivers, owner operators or trucking company owners, so thru all that years I developed some criteria of basic driver needs and also what a company want from them, major knowledge of company operations, in general I spend 1/3 of my life in trucking and I want to grow more in this industry. - Valid CDL class A, since 2016; - Overall commercial driving experience 11years; - Equipment expertise: Flatbed (6 yrs), Conestoga/Stepdeck (2 yrs), Dry Van (1 yr) - Great communication skills – English level B2+; - Permanent U.S. Resident – authorized to work; - Motivated to improve my skills in transportation, desire to reach new heights in industry; - 3 years of experience as a owner operator (flatbed); - Strong industry connections, been and work with people who dedicated their whole life to the industry; - General knowledge about mechanical part of semi trucks and trailers.
