GTA - Global Transportation Association is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager for Sales to join our team!

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and ambitious leader who is ready to take our dispatch team to the next level. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in dispatch and sales, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee daily dispatch operations and driver scheduling
✔Manage a team of dispatchers and ensure on-time deliveries
✔Monitor fleet performance, routes, and compliance
✔ Coordinate with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams
✔ Resolve issues quickly and maintain top-notch customer service

Hey guys,

I’ve spent the last 6 years wearing more than one hat in trucking — CDL OTR driver, dispatcher, and unofficial “communication bridge” between drivers and the office. I’m fluent in both English and Russian, which often makes me the go-to person for solving problems in diverse driver teams.

Because I’ve been on both sides of the radio, I understand the little details that make or break a driver’s day — from layovers and home time to those surprise equipment issues. I’m fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and fluent in people — able to calm a tense call, explain the “why” behind a decision, and find solutions everyone can live with.
