Job Description:
As a Logbook ELD Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and efficiency for our clients' electronic logging devices (ELD) and logbook systems. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, technical support, and training to our drivers to ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization of our ELD solutions. Your primary duties will include:

Driver orientation and assisting with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of ELD hardware and software.
Conducting training session on ELD compliance regulations and best practices.
Monitoring and analyzing ELD data to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Prior experience working with electronic logging devices (ELD) and logbook systems in the transportation industry.
In-depth knowledge of FMCSA regulations, particularly regarding Hours of Service (HOS) compliance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and support drivers.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
